Hey! So I have eggs now! Counted about 16 but dont' know if they are all fertile. At least 5 look nice an round, white. The other look a little off whitish an smaller. I have them in a styrofoam container setting on a human heating pad, set on low. Also have a container with water in there to help with himidity. The eggs are in a smaller container on perlite (thats what I had around the house). I'm hoping for a couple to hatch since this is the first time I've ever had snake eggs of any kind. The temp is in the 80 degree range.
Now I dont' know if she has layed all her eggs. She went into her nestbox couple days ago. I hadn't seen her since so checked on her today an found the eggs. She protested a little when I went to remove them, trying to push me away with her body...(yes I was as careful an I could be to not turn the eggs).
So my question is should I try to handle her an make sure she has laid all her eggs? Or just leave her alone an let her come out on her own? Also when should I try an feed her? Thanks for help.
