wanted to know which one was best for uros
Alot of commercial bird feeds have not only sunflower seeds but also cracked corn (to my horror I saw my guy eat a piece a while back....looks like he passed it fine).
I know no one says to avoid cracked corn, but man that stuff is hard and sharp and I figured it'd do the same damage and a sunflower shell.
And I can't find any information about any seed to avoid besides those. So what I actually bought was a bag of wild finch seed. I looked at domesticated finch seed, but it was full of little vitamin pellets. I avoided those, as I realy didn't have an idea how those would vits would work with a lizards system.
So the wild finch seed has sunflower hearts (No shells! I understand its really just the shells you have to worry about, not the seed inside.), millet, canary seed, and thistle seed. In my opinion all you really need is millet since the seed is more like a snack (some guys...like mine...will eat as much as he can and avoid his greens if you let him). The other seeds are good for variety, but if you're desperate, just get millet.
Anyway, my guy seems to ignore the mix and go for the millet. I noticed this today as he had his seed bowl in the cage, but he was picking out ONLY the millet from AROUND the bowl...
That's funny because my uro will avoid his greens if it means all-day access bird seed. I wait until he has finished eating his greens for the day then I reward him with seeds as a dessert. That seems to work out pretty well.

I give mine a finch seed mix. It contains several different kinds of millet and some canary grass seed. Be careful to avoid giving any sunflower seeds to your uro. If you get a bag of seeds that contains sunflower seeds, sift them out and throw them out (or feed the birds with them) but never give them to your uro.

Do you freeze the seeds or microwave them first?
