Freaky Boa

tcdrover May 28, 2010 01:43 PM

She just shed. The weird white blotches are spreading & growing.

Some started poppong up on her back now. The existing ones are
getting bigger & whiter.

I wouldn't consider her a hypo. She's very light. Her mother is
a hypo harlequin & the sire was a kahl albino. What do you think?
Is she a hypo?

I'm glad I kept her. I like the light, faded looking saddles.

I'm 98% certain she is a Hypo , and I'm willing to bet she just came out of a shed.

If she just shed this is a bad shed , this happens when Hypo Boas
eat something (For lack of better terms toxic possibly high fat rat)
and the color leaches from their skin when they shed
it looks like this.

Hopefully this isn't the case with your boa but I've seen Hypo Boas
become lethargic and die after sheds similar to this.

Tom

We already know its a HYPO...lol you stare at her way too much.

Lar, the white blotches and paradox look has been like that since birth... No toxic rats down here...

He is just showing off... lolol Im sure she is going to make some smoking sunglows... Probably pair her off with the paradox junglow.

I think what she REALLY wants is to get freaky with that
gorgeous hypo hyteck.
