I remember seeing a post last week or so about someone that had a clutch on day 65. I know most hatch dates are 52-55 days I just wanted to know what is the earliest and latest you have had snakes pip on their own. Thanks in advance. Chris Hall

normal used to be all at 60 ....same incubator all the time..
I now have 4 plugged in 3 are full...
it matters where they are what they are and how full they are...how well you had the water soaked in before you start throwing eggs in....

the ones up here in a bedroom...dryer...worse to keep moist and setup well....hotter room too...

ones in basement...humid as all swamps....same temps....they run well...I took 2 down....instead of 3 up 1 down I now have 3 down 1 up....I want them all down in the humid air...they set well...hatch well....

.....dryer...hatch faster...hotter....faster....they run out of time,food, air, .....they hatch.....at times the one egg setting on top of a pile will hatch...day 53 let's say...then on day....57 3 more pip...then 2 on day...59...1 on day 60 and 1 waits till day 63.....LOL...even though you know we all cut them all by now....they set there......I have had a late waiting little dumb ball set in the egg for days ...even though the little scuttle flies have and are eating all the remaining yolk and membranes....yea...gross...when I see it I yank them, wash them and set them in a cup if needed...(back in incubator)....this is why I don't cut all on day 52...or cut at all...I want them to be ready....or the critters will find them......
