Polk County X Abbott

a153fish May 31, 2010 04:33 PM

I know I posted these before but here they are again. This is the original pair the Polk county is the one with very little black borders. The other is my original female Abbott. The bright one is a female offspring and this year she was bred back to her Dad. I'm excited about what those will look like.

Here is that young female with her clutch.

Here are some siblings. I kept 3.3 of the first breeding.

Nice post, pics and snakes. I particularly like the F2 female, very nice coloration, hopefully you'll get one in this clutch with that color and thicker borders. This is what breeding corns is about, picking a project and working it to see how it turns out.

Kudoz and be sure to post some updated pics of the babies when they hatch.

Thanks, I will be sure to post some baby pics. You are right, for me the exciting part of breeding is seeing what we can come up with. With Corns you don't upset anyone, lol. If I do this with Kings or Milks people get bent out of shape cause I am making mutts but with Corns they are all still Corns, lol!
