I know when I breed my speckled kings I'll need a non-game dealer permit, but do any of ya'll know if they'd apply that to my Florida kings as well, since they're still getula, even though that subspecies doesn't occur here?

No dealer permit is needed for Floridana.........
The law only specifies Holbrooki and Splendida under Getula here in Texas.....

Thanks back in colorado all regulation was at the species level...talk about a pain (particularly with taxonomic changes between subspecies and species, eesh!).
