They're just...eternal. Long, lanky. The first moose I saw I would have been like 14 years old, in Yellowstone. We'd taken my grandmother there while she was sick (before we knew it would be terminal), and most of what we did had to be easy stuff--drives, etc. There was a moose, somewhere in Hayden Valley right by the road and none of us had ever seen one before. It was RIGHT THERE OMG type close. I'd never seen anything that huge that close before.
