Take a look at these...

So I'm thinking this is just an example of high contrast vs low contrast albinos, but I'm looking for some opinions. These three hatched out from an albino male X het female. They have not gone through their first shed yet and are only 2 days out of the egg. This picture was taken in the shade outside. The father is pictured 2nd.

Congrats on those three beauties Clint. Was the mother from a lower contrast line? Hope your having a great season and see you at the Evansville show.

Hey man! It's looking like I'm going to have a great season (knock on wood). The mother has produced albinos for me in the past and they all look like the "typical" high contrast that I see everywhere. This is the first time I have used this male. I have a high contrast female (from the het female) that just ovulated and she was paired with the same male. So at least I can see what comes out of that. Looking forward to seeing you in July, have a great season!

I prefer the old school albino's. I guess now people are calling them something else for marketing purposes. I'm hoping to get low contrast in the clutch I have in the bator now. Unfortunately, both parents are high contrast.

I like them alot as well. You really don't see these anywhere, so I'm pretty happy to see them pop out!

Thanks,
Clint

Thanks! Would you consider the adult male pictured a blushed albino?

Clint
