uploading photos

I'm having trouble uploading photos. I have 6200 bytes available and go through the steps and hit "upload photo" at the bottom, but after it runs for a minute "like it uploading" it never uploads it. I've uploaded photos in 08, but nothing since. Am I doing something wrong???? Thanks Chris Hall
Ps. I can post pics from 08 that I already had in the system.

you may have to resize your pictures to less then 1200x1028

You can format your posts and signature using BBCode. Here are some common examples:

You type	Result

Keep things readable and family‑friendly; staff may edit signatures or posts that affect thread readability.
