VPI T+ Jungle Sunglow Litter!!!

GreenAnt Jun 04, 2010 03:30 AM

This was the litter that I was waiting and stressing on! My DH T+ female finally dropped, and it was worth the stress! 2 litters in one day had me going bananas...I was running around taking pics then uploading them. Today was feeding day too. It was overall a stressful but exciting day here at The Boa Collective! 2 Jungle litters in one day can't complain about that, both POSITIVE!! Here's the litter pics, breeding was a Jungle het. T+ male to a DH T+ female...final count 39 live, 1 stillborn (I think it drowned in the goo), and 1 slug! She's definitely taking this coming season off...

Mom all worn out...

Dad...

Litter...

The visuals...T+ Sunglows

T+ Sunglow Jungle and T+ Sunglow...

T+ Jungles and a T+...:D

T+ Sunglow Jungles...

Hypo Jungles and Jungles 66% poss het T+, I see a few that I'm sure are het's...

And finally Hypos and WT 66% poss hets...

Markus, how's your litter doing from a few weeks back!!! I'd love to see some updated photos and did the premies make it, I hope so!! Thank you for the comment.

They are all fine and just starting to shed, I am so grateful! I will post pics after their first few meals. One that shed ate tonight.

The smallest of the litter, a jungle T, was all but dead and she draped over my finger like limp pasta. I held her in my hand for a while and she came about. Watching her little tongue start to flick was so rewarding. It's amazing how something that small can create such emotion.

I'll keep you posted. Thanks for asking and congrats once again.

I think that's the best looking bunch of boas I have ever seen. This birth along with the Paradigms Jungles must have you on cloud nine and could not happen to a better guy.

Congratulations!

Now I'm just a little bit jealous. Two killer litters in one day. You must be jumping up and down like a kid in a candy store.
