I noticed all the bites were on the hands. Were any of these people milkers or did they get bitten while pinning/holding or did they just let their hand get a little too close?

Just curious, I'm not trying to start anything or accuse anyone of anything.

I would say that the majority of those bites occured while holding snakes behind the head aka "pinning".
