Ground Snake (Sonora semiannulata)

I am looking for some information on these guys. I have done some google searching and perused through old threads, but I can't find hardly anything on keeping them in captivity. Has anyone successfully bred them?

I would like to pick up some captive bred ones at some point, but I fear wild caught may be my only option. Are there laws pertaining to the collection of this species? I live in WI, so I know I can keep them here, but not sure about obtaining them.

Thanks!

I am not sure about the laws, but these are rarely available. I had one once that did quite well on crickets. They are secretive and like a few inches of substrate to hide in. Gherp is where I got mine years ago.

Thanks for the reply! Hopefully I can get some someday. There was a guy selling a pair last week and we exchanged e-mails... but he must have sold them as I haven't heard back in quite a while. Oh well! I'm in no rush anyway, lol.
