So far its been 60 days, about 4 days ago, i put them in perlite to try and rid them of the little bugs, i guess it did ok, they're still indented, i dont know why though because its over 90 percent humidity, im hoping theyll hatch within the next week.
From my experience, Milk Snake eggs will hatch, on average, in about 57 to 63 days if kept at 84-85 degrees F. (upper end of the range). If they are kept at 78-79 degrees F., I have had them take as long as 81 days (Sinaloans). Yours are probably still OK.
By the way, I don't know if I mentioned this before or not...when they pip, let them come out of the egg by themselves. Don't get impatient and take them out, even if they stay in there for 2 or 3 days sticking their noses out and blowing bubbles. They will come out when they have cleared their lungs of fluid and are ready to breathe air and have absorbed their yolk sacs.
