Calcium with D3/Without D3

timmah Jun 11, 2010 12:56 PM

I got a new monitor and I got some Calcium powder without D3 because the monitor will be under a solar glo UVB light. I told one of my friends about it and he said that I should have got the Calcium powder WITH D3. Not sure who is correct but the back of the without D3 says that if the lizard is under UVB it does not need the D3. It is a very new born baby nile and it is feeding on Ground turkey/liver with multi-vit and Calc powder without D3 and crickets if that helps any.

Any long time keepers have any advice?

Thanks

Kenny

Is it still better to use the with D3 even when the monitor switches to mice? This is the Powder with D3 I ordered:

Does that look okay?
