I have one yolk baby that over the last 10 hours has had half of it's yolk belly become a hard mass. What causes this and is it doomed? All others have not had this happen.

I have one yolk baby that over the last 10 hours has had half of it's yolk belly become a hard mass. What causes this and is it doomed? All others have not had this happen.
I think its doomed, if its not completely solidified a large gauge
syringe could be used to draw that excess yolk out of that babies
stomach and save its life.
I've only heard this procedure explained I've never tried it yet.
My guess is it is too late.
Hopefully someone with more experience(positive experience)
dealing with yolks will give some advice !

Yea over half the yolk in the belly is already hard.It happened in a matter of hours. I wonder if it was to much heat. They have all been piled and the hot spot was sittin at 93 but when I temped them their combined heat had elevated to like 95.
