can anyone suggest a good breeder to purchase a young panther from? i noticed that LLL had them, but i havnt been to happy with their service :/

I just purchased a Sambava from NorCal www.californiachameleons.com
and couldn't be happier! The young Male I got was one of the best I have seen, and their service was awesome. Very quick responses to questions etc. They work with you on delivery, etc. I have nothing but good thing to say about them. Check out their site, they show the availiable Chams. and their parents.

I've purchased a couple ambanja panthers from both Kammerflage Kreations (http://www.calumma.com/) & Mythical Chameleons (http://www.mythicalchameleons.com/) and couldn't be happier. Ed & Liddy of Kammerflage are extremely helpful & nice. You might pay more for one of thier chams but believe me they are worth the price. The quality & colors are great. Ivan (DVM) of Mythical Chameleons also has some extremely nice looking breeders & I've been very happy w/ my 2 males I've bought.
Either way you can't go wrong. However if you'd like to wait about a month are 2 I've got a few bady ambanja's that will be ready for new homes about then. Their father is the son of Kammerflages Orion & their mom is the daughter of Spiderman Jr. also from Kammerflage.

Just out of curiosity, does kammerflage have a breeder named Orion and one named Anarion? I was thinking of getting a baby from Anarion, and if this is the same breeder (chameleon) as you got yours from I would love to see a picture of yours. I don't know if these are two different chameleons, or if they are the same one, but the names being similar I thought I would ask. Thanks!

Mine is an offspring of Orion. I don't think you can go wrong w/ any panthers you get from Kammerflage. I'd email Ed & Liddy and ask them if they have any pics of the offspring from the cham you want. They do get pics back from their customers and do post some on their site.
