Pics of my first litter

Julie F Jun 13, 2010 11:50 PM

F2 generation of a Honduran X Salmon aka Sanduran cross. Both parents were Sandurans that I purchased from Jack Dyer. 18 babies total that were born on 6-11-10. I was seeing a Star Trek IV screening that featured a Q & A session with Leonard Nimoy. Didn't get individual pictures really because they try and escape as soon as you open the lid. They are smart like their mother.

The boa closest to the camera is my partner/boyfriend's holdback. He liked it because it was a gun metal color:

The possible super salmon that I'm making my hold back. He/she seems to be missing all of but 2 of his dorsal saddles (has his tail saddles though.

My was in the way, but you can partly see one of the boas with the chain link pattern:

Group shot, the one closest to the camera here is also neat looking:

Group shot zoomed out:

Here's a cool looking striper:

Those are great looking babies. I like the striping and reduced patterns that came from this pairing. I see a few in there that would be more than welcome to come live here. That one with the really reduced back is super nice and there are a couple stripers in there that are pretty cool too. Congrats.
