I was in my brothers room, where our reptiles are housed, and he had his stereo on pretty loud. It was putting off quite a lot of vibrations. Do you think this stresses the snakes out?

It certainly wouldn't relax them...but how bad it may stress them may be difficult to really tell.
With that said your best indicator of stress is...Does the snake still eat? Does it bite/strike at you more than normal? Does it stop breeding? Pretty much, does it behave any different than before?
A stressed snake, espically a ball python, doesn't usually eat or may seem more nervous around you...striking/biting, etc.

would you be stressed if your world was vibrating.. i imagine they wouldnt like it, but like someone else said you might not know how much.
