Find of a life time

on our way out to west texas we came across this on the raod about 1:00A.M. the pictures make it look alot darker then it is. but we had it checked out by the barker's and they comfirmed it

it is a male T- carmel albino desert king

Cam, didn't know you had an internet presence. Cool find! You also found a grayband (or was it Chip )? Post some pics! We are out on river road for the next few nights. Hopefully we will find something.

Tyrosinase-negative would be your regular albinos, while T-pos. ones are the 'caramel albinos'.

I was the driver in the Xterra that night in Langtry that stopped and talked to you for a moment.. The animal is stunning.

What is the gender? I have not kept up with all the getula morphs, but I think there is a "snow" version of the desert kings that would let you make a group of triple hets out of the gate. I wish you luck with this new project....
