Just make sure you get plenty of large vents put in so you can get some air flow. I use 100 watt MVB in my 4x2x2 and without the vents it would be extremely hot ecspecially with the lower ceiling and the bulb closer to the ground. Most likely with that hight and those bulbs your basking spot will most likely be right on the ground cause the bulbs come down another 6 inches making it only 12-13 inches to the bulb depending if your making them stackable and have the light fixture inside the cages. If the lights rest on the top it would work fine and you could make a little higher basking spot for them. Main thing is to put extra vents cause those cages hold heat well. Mine are melamine with sliding glass front doors, and I have 16x8 inch vents on either side. This pic shows the vents but it is a 3x2x2. I did go with sliding doors so that hindge is nothing, and the doors were not put on yet in the pic.
