I'm a snake owner, on active duty, have spent the last 7 yrs on the west coast in cali, very snake hobby friendly area with numerous snake and reptile shops. I'm getting stationed in Pensacola Fl here in 6 months, my question to you all in that region, how hard is it to keep and maintain a healthy collection in that area? I have yet to find a reptile pet store online in that area... any input or suggestions would be greatly appreciated...

I've got a 8 yr old ball python and a 4 yr old BRB, both male...

I have visited the area on vacation and work related many times. To be honest, I have not seen any pet shops in the area. More of a tourist town. You may have to order frozen mice and rats online, which is cheaper anyway. Pensacola does have a reptile show promoted by Repticon, and I know there are breeders in the area. Mobile, AL is very close and may have some specialty shops to look around in.
