I think these are super pastel butters.Parents are lucy(super butter)x Pastel.I got 4 eggs and these are the results.Mother is a pastel female I raised, father I bought.Only thing I can come up with is the male is a lucy pastel.Any thoughts on this would be appreciated. Thanks Terry

I agree, looks like what you would expect from a pastel super butter x pastel breeding. What a cool surprise, congrats!

Those are awesome, Terry. Your year appears to be off to a great start. I have the butter gene in my collection, but not the super pastel butter, which is high on my wish list. I would give my vote to these being super pastel butters, but someone who has produced them will be in a better position to give you confirmation. Robert Seib has some on the classifieds that are real similar to these.
Good to see you at the show yesterday. Happy Father's Day.

Terry: those are nice! I've had to process this overnite. What a treat to come up with a pastel super butter. Looks to me like more likely your super butter is also a super pastel. This clutch could have come from a pastel super butter, but I bet it is a super pastel. What a deal you got there. Future clutches may show you some more info! My best! Tom
