West Texas in July?

BlakeMolone Jun 22, 2010 01:48 PM

Im to the Trans Pecos in July and im not really sure where I want to go. I went to Study Butte last year and saw a few things but I want to hunt some of the eastern localties this time for a better chance to see Alterna.I was thinking about Juno road and Hw 90 but ive heard theres not much activity in valverde in July and was just wondering where the best place to have a chance at seeing Alterna and other cool herps is?

July is good. I've found lots of alterna on Juno, 277 and in Langtry. Good luck.
