YELLOW ANACONDAS DO HAVE A DARK GRAYISH COLOR INSIDE THERE MOUTH.

All of the anaconda group have this dark gray color of the mouth interior. The species name of the green anaconda,
( murinus ) comes from the latin word murina which means the gray color of a mouse. It is believed this species name does reference this dark gray color within the mouth. Additionally, I have not heard any good explainations why anacondas would have evolved a mouth lining of this color.
