hi guys, so my 2700gram female has refused the last 3 meals, so last night i put a male in there...when i woke up today i found them lock up...my ? is how should i go about making sure she takes? should i keep them together a few days then take the apart a few days, keep doing this until she ovulates? i know its late in the season, but well she take if i keep this up?
this is my first time trying to breed them, so i really hope it works....thanks for any advise mike..

You can go to my post about breeding. Somebody posted a website to go to. It's pretty decent advice. Just check out my post and the reply.

After they break the lock up pull the male for about two days. Than repeat. If you put them together again for about 3 days and they do not copulate, pull the male for about 2 days again. Keep repeating until you see an Ovulation. She probably has not had her pre-ovulation shed yet so once you see a shed put him back in on the same rotation until she ovulates.
