I'm wondering if anyone has actually seen sistrurus in the western 1/3 of the Texas Panhandle? Werler and Dixon show S. catenatus as having been recorded in Potter County, but no one I know has seen one in Potter, Randall, Deaf Smith etc. I know they're found in the southern and eastern parts (Armstrong, Childress, Collingsworth, etc) but was wondering if anyone here had seen them out in this area?
I'm also intersted in knowing if anyone's seen 'em in Hutchinson county since that's where my in laws live. I may need to spend some *cough cough* family time up there since they have somewhat different herpetofauna.
