help!!! baby veiled problem

jxmsquamata Sep 23, 2003 04:15 PM

help!

So I have bred veiled chameleons for the first time and I am having problems with the hatchlings. When they hatch out most of them have had there eyes closed and haven't opened them. Is this a common problem and what can I do, because they are not eating.

thanks
jxm

I have seen a few people with this problem, but have never seen a solution. Hang in there, they may open their eyes, they don't normally eat for a few days. What temps were they incubated at and how long did they take to hatch? Were they in the light, or in the dark?
