Is she ever going to give birth?

TSUSnakeGuy Jun 29, 2010 11:48 PM

I have a female redtail that is driving me crazy. I don't know exactly when she became pregnant but I know she has to give birth soon. She shed about two weeks ago. Then today she was cruising her cage with her tail held up and looked like she was having contractions. I am going to go crazy.

We are dealing with the same thing right now. Our female came to us gravid along with the male that bred her and all we know is that she came gravid and has been here 100 days as of yesterday. She shed on the 4th of this month and and was doing the tail wagging but then curled back up a few days later. She cruises around somewhat but has been hanging out on the cool side. Be patient which is easier said than done. Good luck.
