Nice shots Dan! I like that Great Plains Toad. I found my first ones north of Vegas last year. Cool spider and bird shots too.

Just what camera has the "super macro mode" that you so often push. That picture of the Hairy Crab Spider is a killer, no wonder you love it.

I have an older nikon coolpix 955 I bought back in '02 that does great macros, but I'm not certain it would come close to capturing such a tiny critter so well.

I'm using a $179.00 fujifilm from shopko. Its got 12 mega pixels & 18 times zoom. There is a button on it for macro shots, then to get super macro shots you push the same button again.
