plumbing a large tub...? any help thanks

hey guys... making a large room for my water monitor.... i have a 6x 4 large tub that i want in the room with the ability to drain and fill easy..... i have that room but no drain.... the room right beside has a utility sink but i know nothing on plumbing.... if i drill a hole in the bottom of the tub for PVC piping how do i get the water to drain into the sink that is going to be 3 feet higher then the start of the pvc piping.... sorry if thats the dumbest question ever i just know that water wont be travelling up by itself so i figured i would ask how to do it.... and hope it's not a very simple answer! thanks for taking the time!

Buy a small sumergible pump, you can hook a garden hose to and drop it in when you want to drain the tank. Giant Brand makes a good pump.
