That makes the colors really start to come out?

one of these days someone will teach me how to post multiple images at the same time.

Call this one snake eyes because the two dots on the tail. The colors of this snake are closer to deep pink but the flash has bleached it out.

Here's how to post multiple images (just take the spaces out)

i think in all boas & maybe even all snakes there is some sort of enzyme release after they feed and and there colors really seem to pop about 18hrs after there feeding! when ever i need to get a good! photograph i will always feed them and take the shot the following day and they really do seem to be several shades lighter and the color really pops! just MO of course!
That's more likely caused by them maintaining a higher body temperature to aid in digestion.
