Dyergate annectans

john dhont Jul 05, 2010 01:07 PM

One month ago I posted a picture of a pair annectans I bought from Mark Bell to ask what they are.
Jason Nelson told me they are Dyergate.
The male is doing great and starts to change.
Here a picture of him.

First of all beautiful snake. But thought I you 'I thought it was a Dyer" not a Dyergate. I will have to go back and check out that thread.

Thanks Jason

Hi Jason,

Sorry if I was wrong. But what is the difference between an Dyer and a Dyergate? Little bit confusing to me.

A Dyer is 1 recessive genes, a Dyer T Albino. A Dyergate is 2 recessive gene, Dyer T Albino and Albino Applegate.

OK Jason, thanks for the answer and sorry for the misunderstanding.

Great looking annectens whatever he is. Is the female the same? If so should produce some great looking offspring.
