I'm moving in a few months and would like to know if anyone can tell me where to find any laws about herps in my new area. I'm in Iowa if any one else is maybe they can help me
Also, I want to move my snake in with as little stress as possible, when I move her should i leave her in the tank or bag her and move her seperatly
thanks for the help.

I would worry more about village ordinances. You didnt mention how far you were moving either. Are you in Iowa now?Is it long move or cross country?Let me know ive done both...Paul.

I am in iowa now, and its not that long of a move, just about two hours in the car for the snake. I'm just worried, this is my first snake and I want her to be alright through the move

That's a easy move.I would bag it.Keeping them in an enclosure can produce some wicked vibrations AKA magnified noise.I use an old pillow case and just knot the top.If you stop someplace for gas or food make sure your snake doesnt get cooked inside your car...Your snake will be fine and dont worry about it.There are enough things to worry about just movin...Good Luck...Paul.
