when is a male adult size?

Just wondering what the MINIMUM lenght anyone has bred a male.

Platt found that males in Kansas reach maturity at around 30cm (12 in) snout/vent length. Add another 2 inches for the tail and you can figure a 14-15 inch male would be an adult.
