hey i bought some new leos at the columbia reptile show. i did really good on 3 of my purchases but i bought the only patterneless there..(leos werent to popular for some reason) anyway he came from a bad breeder (he is quarintened) and is in bad shape. now ive heard patternless are the weekest in leos and least hearty, he ate a meal worm the day i put him in the set up and i havent seen him eat since when i try to hand feed he bites me. i am altogether no good at force feeding what should i do its been a week sun should i give him more time?

Patternless are by no means "weak" at all.
More then the gecko itself is the person who cares for the gecko. I dont mean to be harsh but if a gecko you bought looked unhealthy, or if you thought patternless were "weak", then why did you buy it in the first place??
As far as feeding goes, you should try feeding it crickets. Some geckos dont take mealworms well. As long as the gecko is alert and can move around, it WILL eat when its hungry.

It makes perfect sense that certain patterns (or lack of) in geckos TEND to be weaker than others or normals... there is more inbreeding and that will eventually greatly increase the chances for mutations related to health problems.
