Miami/South Florida--Please suggest a breeder!

straw Sep 23, 2003 09:36 PM

Hello All,

I am new to the list, but have been reading along, in anticipation of getting a baby bearded dragon very soon, hopefully within the next week or so. I am in the Miami area, and would like to pick the beardie up in person, rather than shipping it. Could anyone suggest a reputable breeder, or a show to attend in South Florida? By the way, I have already looked at the BD Network, but haven't had much luck yet.

Thanks in advance,

Jason

I just bought a baby dragon from a guy that lives right behind my work in Pembroke Pines FL. I went inside his house and it looks like he knows excatly what he is doin. He has alot of nice looking dragons. I bought a Sandfire for $75 and he has some Snow dragons for $65. If you have any questions you can e-mail me at Greatwhitegt@aol.com

How big are the adults? Are they full blooded German Giant, or has the GG adult already been crossed w/something? Just curious..

All my germans are from Kevin at Dragons Den. I have normals, hypos and snows. Don't have a size on them offhand but I know they are over 18" and over 300g. they are about 1.5 years old and this was their first season. males and females are not related. I have some pics on my site. If you like, I can post some new ones for you.
