German Giant Breeding Question

rono39c Jul 10, 2010 02:21 PM

Hey all, there is a local pet store with 3 german giant citrus crosses. I was considering getting one, and possibly breeding it (well, trying to) with my dragons. My question is, my dragons are sandfires, not giants, would i be better off, getting a male or female giant?

would a regular size male, and a g.g. female be more likely to breed

or a g.g. male and a female?

I understand it all depends on the dragons, but thought i would look for some insight. thanks.

babies are still doing good!!

There may only be a problem if there is a tremendous size difference between the two, regardless of which is which. I don't think I would put a huge male on a really tiny female, or vice versa.

Having said that, it would probably work out ok either way.
