Anyone use RHP's with a dimmer switch?

I don't see any reason why it wouldn't work just fine but figured I'd ask before I did it.

I do. It seems to work just fine. Been doing it that way for quite some while

Absolutely. As far as the electrical characteristics, it is no different than using a dimmer on a heat pad or heat pads (or heat tape) of similar total wattage.

Heck, lamps are probably tougher on lamp dimmers than heat pads or RHPs.

Yeah I have used one, they are very reliable. As long as you have a temp gun to dial it it, you should be good.
