Rack system ? again.

JLSReptiles2011 Jul 12, 2010 10:17 AM

Ok, I have decided to go with a 3 shelf system from PMHerps.com because that is all I will be able to afford. If it doesn't come with heat tape; What type do you suggest? Also what type of thermostat would you guys suggest, Helix or Herpstat?

Those are very nice racks, one of the brands I've used myself for many years. All the PM herp racks are designed to be used with the 3 or 4 inch Flexwatt heat tape. Give Reptile Basics a call and they can set you up with tape, connections and cord appropriate for your rack.

i like the PMherps racks, but I think when its all said and done. i will be going with the reptile basics four slot rack. It includes heat and shipping. it seems to me when its all said and done you might end up with the same money out, but I'm not sure.
But i'm not too electrically inclined so the heat installed did it for me.
