Funny, but I havent seen hatchling or juvie taiwans or other asian rats at the shows in LA, AL, and FL I have attended this summer as well. A couple of adults here and there, but no clutches to chose from. Mostly ridleyi adults. It appears they are more prominent in states that have tighter restrictions/permit requirements for selling native snakes. I have been looking for CB radiated rats lately and havent seen any in quite some time at the shows.
I've seen radiateds in the classifieds but no blue beauties at all.

We wouldn't have 6 and a half billion people if you had to be beautiful to get laid.
6.6 African House snakes
3.2 reticulated pythons
.1 corn snake
4.2 Florida Kings
1.2 speckled kings
1.2 ball pythons
0.0.1 Argentine boa
I saw one adult radiate. She was beautiful. Also saw one adult tiger. Other than that it was basically just Leusistic and bubblegum with a couple of Yellow and Everglades thrown in.
