Conda Clutch Variability.

Jon R Jul 14, 2010 10:43 PM

Here are a few Conda clutch mates. I am amazed at how variable these are not just in pattern but color too!!

I would like to thank Brent once again for taking the time and effort to propagate such a great morph for all of us to enjoy.

Thanks man. I have been shooting digital pics of snakes for some 15 years now and most of them still suck big time!! The key is to use a good camera and figure out the best whit balance settings for your ambient lighting and take a ton of shots. When shooting indoors, I always use the flash and set the camera to macro mode. I zoom in as far as I can and get back as far as I can so the flash doesn't over expose the picture. Usually at least 2 feet. Outside, under cloud cover is the best though. Macro mode with no flash.

Those are all very nice. I just hope that my Anaconda clutch I have incubating turns out even half that nice.

Are those het albino?
They seem to have colors from albino/het albino Evans line stuff.
Very nice indeed.

The female stripe Richard evans had bought WC was fantastic. It is pictured in the June 2000 issue of reptiles mag. It was crossed into the albinos as well as used for enhancing red lines generally. You can see it pop up from time to time in any of the lines available. The stripe seems to be a line trait but enhances any snake, especially the anacondas like yours in the second photo. I think Gregg madden also hatched out one with the orange stripe. Definitely a cool addition.
