Just thought I'd share a few pics. This is Turk at suppertime a couple of days ago. It was 115 degrees at the time. Thanks for looking.

NICE....what's his history?

riddlebox229 Jul 17, 2010 05:57 PM

Turk was one of David Blair's long time breeders. He is about 16-18 years old or so. He is believed to be a lewisi/caymanensis/nubila cross. I got Turk from David last year. He is an incredible lizard.

Michael.

Sorry, my bad. Looked like dog kibble - lol

Does it help green iguanas grow better and larger like their wild counterparts? I know it's good for tortoises, though. The tortoises in captivity fed on the diet of Mazuri grow faster with very little to no paramiding and other shell deformities and boost the survival rates of hatchlings of the harder to breed and keep species like the Indian star tortoises, for example.

Yes, Green Iguanas thrive on this diet and is our staple food here for the ALBINO IGUANA PROJECT....thanks
