New to Cyclura's and had a couple ?'s

sizzlindragons Jul 17, 2010 09:35 PM

I am new to Cyclura's and I just got in a C.cornuta and will be getting a female. He is a baby at the moment but I am having a large enclosure built for him. He is currently in a 4x2x2 and I am having a 5x5x4 tall on a 3ft stand built.
Just curious what the best wood and materials to use are...
If anyone can post pictures of their enclosures to help give my builder an idea I would appreciate it.
Thanks
DiAnn

This is Louie and I am in love even though he hates me. I got him from Ty Park and I recommend Ty for anyone looking to buy a reptile. He is by far the best person I have delt with in the reptile trade.

One thing you can remove is the big water container. Cyclura come from xeric habitats and do not like to soak or swim at all. It is not needed at all. thanks

Thank you and I actually did remove it yesterday since all he did was hide behind it.
