what kind of morph is this?

greggdebruyn Jul 18, 2010 08:21 AM

I recently purchased this baby ball from a local pet supplier. There were three in the tank and this was the only one that was not a normal ball. Just wondering if anyone has run across one of these with such vibrant coloring, or could tell me what kind of morph this might be.

the belly is solid orange, and a little brighter.

Not sure what it is, but it looks very skinny. Has it been feeding for you? How about a pic of its belly?

unfortunately, you are right. It was very skinny, and died within 5 days of purchase. I have bred balls in the past, and have had some feeding problems, but have never had a death until now. I think I waited 1 day too long to force feed.

had the snake for 5 days, tried to feed on the second, third, and fourth days. Would not eat so figured to attempt a force feed on day five, should of have done so on day four.

Terribly sorry for your loss...I'm new to the this forum but I too have picked up an odd ball from a local store two weeks and she'd only eaten with assist feeds twice once a large fuzzy and the second a pinky...well she did eat on her own finally but it took presenting a rat pink in gerbil bedding. I did try every trick out there before resorting to that sigh. She is the brighter colored one of the two both dubbed norms
