Bummed out........

Just lost one of my ADF's tonite.

It was 4 years old. It kind of amazed me that he lasted this long too. I purchased him while I was living in the Chicago suburbs along with a female one. I was suprised they lasted the cold winters there and all the moving around I did. I think the one that caused the most stress was when I moved back to Los Angeles. I think the male was traumatized after that cause he was always skittish after that. I tried raising their tadpoles but never suceeded.

Just before he died he was floating at lot at the top, more than he usually did and he wasn't eating as much. Maybe that was sort of a sign.

I don't know if I should get another one because the female is too big to have a new partner.
