Bone White hypo's just hatched

Bluerosy Jul 20, 2010 03:08 PM

The male Bone White hypo sire I used has patternless sides. This proved to be passed deown to its offspring. The patternelss side father is pictured on my website.

it seems this patterneless side is passed down as a simple trait in my bone White hypos. Also makes for more of a solid white snake as it grows into an adult.

Pre-Shed pics

One crawling out of the egg:

They all have this patternelss side. i am sure after shed it will be more evident than shown here in the pre shed picture:

Thbe light ones seem to be males and the darker ones females. With my experience on this rare line I have is the males have more yellow and the females more white.

I just fed my male I got from you last year. I'll have to post some pics. And yes, it is a bit more yellow. I may try to get a female this year.

jorge,
Yours is from the bone white line. From breeding a bone white to a white lipped. This clucth is from a Bone white line that I founded and nobody else has.

My Bone Whites are $300. each and i have a waiting list for them.

i bred my bone White line into the other bone white line and that is what you have. This other line is also referred to as the White lipped line. (Zenny posts pics of them here from time to time). When i bred my bone white line into the other bone white line I got one screamer and the rest were dasrker. I think that is what you have.

Anyay i would like to see it if you get a chance to post pics.

Ok so basically they are from two different lines? It's a bit confusing. Anyway he is not as white as the ones you just hatched but I like him. I just don't have a female planned for him yet? He wasn't very cooperative but I got these quick shots.

Do these carry the hypo gene of is that just part of the name? Is this the line the solid white one hatch out of last year? How long is the waiting list?

Bluerosy Jul 20, 2010 10:13 PM

These are true recessive hypos as well and not just part of a name.. The solid white one that hatched out last year I kept. Itwas from a Whitelipped hypo/Bone White line to a Patternelss side'Bone white line. Some came out darker. Jorge got from me. This latest clutch is from my patterless to patternless bone white line and the offspring all have petternless sides and will be very white after shed.
