Fresh Roadkill

mlj Jul 21, 2010 05:40 PM

I hate to see roadkill snakes, but if i find a very fresh one, I figure that I just as well not waste it. My 40 inch dumerills recieved a 2 ft rattlesnake and two days later, a 27 in green racer.

I have eaten both rattlesnake and burmese python. Pretty good. Granted mine were cooked. hahhahaha

Nothing wrong with that. I pick up DOR rabbits and ground squirrels too. I skin the snakes but the carcasses go to the Rats

Wait what do you feed to your rats?

I feed them DOR snakes. Rats like their protein, and it's funny to boot...
