You might check with the editors of www.chameleonnews.com. Ken Kalisch, Bill Strand and several contributors to the ezine keep them. Also check on www.adcham.com. Some of the members there have kept them and probably still do. Maybe breeding as well.
N.E.R.D. (New England Reptile Distributers) Had captive born parsons for sale recently. I think that they were going for $1200 each. They are the only people that I know of that have succesfuly bred and sold parsons. Parsons are not alowed to be exported currently because of their CITES status. They are neat chameleons, if I had the space, money, time and a ton more experience, they would be on the top of my list, but until then I can only dream!

$2200-$2500 actually and NERD did not breed these animals, they imported them from Europe. I have one of those animals that they sold. Some say thats too high a price but what can you do... It makes it a little hard to get together a good breeding group. The reason they are not allowed to be exported from Madagascar is because CITES passed a recommendation in 1994/5 to bann their export along with most other species. I really enjoy working with mine.
