Is this for return or back and forward commands? That's what it did for me.

Jorge, I realized after I posted that it does not work on all computers. On my laptop (new with Windows 7), if I press "control", "alt", and the left arrow key, all at once, it rotates my entire screen 90 degrees to the left. If I press control-alt and the down arrow key, it turns everything upside down.

A co-worker of my wife discovered this at work by accident, when he intended to press "control-alt-delete", and missed the delete key.

Its useless, just kinda funny.

I forgot the control button and hit Alt with arrow, and it acts like the back button or forward button.

This little 'trick' has been around for years...Since Windows 98 I believe...definitely with windows XP... When I was working for Dell, received a fair bit of calls about people who had upside down computers...The first time it took me awhile to realize what the customer was talking about...'My monitor is upside down'...and I am thinking, 'well just turn it back over'. Finally realized they meant the 'desktop' was upside down...it certainly made for quick phone calls...kids playing jokes on their families.
