Breeding Age For Viable Alterna

dsroeber Jul 25, 2010 12:45 PM

All,
What is the oldest age that you've seen alterna breed. I have some very old Woodini that seem to stil be somewhat viable, but wasn't sure at how old alterna can breed. All look for information on males vs. females.

Hi,

a friend of mine own a couple aof 16 and 17 years old X-Mas Mountains, they produced this year a good 10 egg clutch.

But you can see that this animals are "senjors", they start to get thinner and loose their bright coloration. And their eyes getting "blind"
